Outré with Husni & Eric: Season 6

ZOMG BOOM!! The delinquent duo of Outré that is Husni & Eric are back for their sixth and final season. This time around they’re coming back with all they’ve got; invading the air with the usual random banter, pukka music and all guns blazing. Sporting a new 9 Post Meridiem night slot, the boys are bringing back some of the old favourites from the glory days such as Funk The Junk, Movie Review as well as the infamous Outré Challenge to torture their ever changing panel of Guest Stars. New ingredients to this all already pungent brew include Late Night Shows-esque mugs and a couple of new top secret, yet to be revealed, yet to be named, yet to be meticulously thought out, segments. Outré, as always, best served improv-ed.

Underoath: Lost in the Sound of Separation

Release Date:
2nd. Spetember, 2008
Publisher:
Tooth & Nail Records
7

Ok, ok, so... Underoath, I mean, one would expect something insanely brutal, music that can rip your eardrums up, as well as your mind, or, if used correctly, music for an extremely intense party.
Truth is, this album gives a lot of that 'front', but has the characteristic of making you feel angry, sad, peaceful and as if you were in the mosh pit, cracking skulls, and all in 11 tracks.
Either way, the band has not let us down, however, they mark territory, and it's obvious, as one listens to it, that this album is not for the faint of heart.

The Lavender Boys and The Battle for Middle Earth

The Lavender Boys are back from the future and furthering their quest for enlightenment in their second seductive season with Kieran and the queen of pop, Michael Fitzsimmonds. Bear with them (not a real bear obviously) as they tackle the sacred topics of human nature, modern philosophy and the debate over soft vs hard shelled tacos. It all begins at 5:05 today on radiomonash.net (just click listen)
