Food Review: Home made chocolate mousse

An unfortunate trait of my taste is that I adore sweets. I love to take my time with a new dessert, smelling it, tasting it, allowing its textures to melt across my tongue. In this case, I have been presented with a new twist on an old favourite: my mother’s chocolate mousse.
