The National Living Tresures is a one-man band, comprised by a thousand people talent. Simon Starr, lead singer, guitarist, bassist, drummer, er, preety much everything-er of the band has put an awesome 2-disc very long LP, with 12 songs in the first CD and 9 on the second, varying styles from mainstream rock to post-grunge, mellow, rock ballad, indy, jazz, and combining the sounds of trumpets, voices, pianos, guitars, drums and even claps in some of the songs.
Overall a very good CD, very varied and very enjoyable, although there is just one flaw: the fact that the songs are scattered across the CD without any indication of the style, that is, the individual genre of each song follows an extremely different genre on the previous song, so it may come as a shock to the listener. But aside from that, everything about the album is excellent, and definitely a good listen.
On a note to the creator, we could clasify his voice as "complex", given the fact that he can alter it according to each song, which makes the album even more enjoyable.
